(43,312 posts)to punch through if he catches a break, plus he is still the ONLY one of the 26 (now 25) candidates who has won (and multiple times) at statewide level in a red state.
He is everything that the Biden folk profess to love in a candidate (pragmatic liberal with a big personality), and is far younger and more energetic, has less baggage, BUT unfortunately he does not have the obvious huge thing, the massive advantage (and the main reason Biden has such a lock atm on the A-A vote and the polls overall) ie. Obama VP ties.
I wish he would run for Senate, as he would beat Daines (and I see no other Dem in MT who can) but he has made it clear he has zero interest in it.
If Biden subtracts out racial/gender background from his potential VP choice (I honestly have no idea if he would) Bullock would have to be in the top 7 or so probable VP picks. Bullock would help cement the Midwest moderates and would take misogyny off the table as a means of attack for Rump.

(89,247 posts)and they aren't getting anywhere. money is a big reason some drop out . they just don't have money to continue to travel around and campaign.
i feel like Gabbard and DeBlasio are in it more to hurt the democratic party and may have questionable sources of funding so stay in for those reasons. but hopefully they wont get anywhere in polls so we don't have to hear from them that much.
primary today, I would vote for: Undecided
