but Stacey is waiting in the wings. Pundits get caught up in the sound and fury of debates. If there is one thing VP Biden's career shows is an ability to work constructively with people notwithstanding policy and personal differences.

Question is: Will Putin's (and Bibi's) hackers flip the votes?

I think the difference between 2016 and 2020 is how much Democrats and many Independents 'hate' Trump. As Ted Cruz put it 'they will crawl over broken glass to vote him out'.

Considering the last time he won by the skin of his teeth - just 77,000 votes in 4 key states. And now he's less popular that he was then.

I might add that if Hillary had won by that much, Rush Lumpball and the rest would've openly called for riots.

She has said so, and has sponsored Bills that do just that, but, sees M4A as better policy. One thing is she is firm on is that illness should not result in Bankruptcy. There are issues there. Warren would jump on board initiatives against corruption.

She would say 'Yes' if VP Biden could could convince her she was needed on the ticket to take the Presidency and win the Senate, AND her issues and proposals would not be shunned in the White House. One thing I don't think he would have any difficulty persuading Warren, Harris or anyone else is he can working constructively with people despite policy and personal differences - and in this case they are substantial.

I would love to see him rebuilding the State Department or in a general position of rebuilding the federal work force. For State, we need to both rebuild the department AND we need someone to reestablish our relationships with world leaders.

As far as federal employment in general, we need someone to persuade Americans that federal service is a worthy endeavor.

One thing about Biden is, he can persuade anyone of anything. And he has the gravitas to make what I think is going to be necessary: an "apology tour" of our allies.
