Democratic Primaries
Related: About this forumSo...I said I'd pick a preference after the July debates.
My choice is very soft and liable to change.
But I have to reward the person who had the best back to back performances.
That was easily Elizabeth Warren.

(2,894 posts)She's indefatigable! And when I saw her running to catch the train in that video, I found it impossible to believe she's 70. I'm a little younger, but even in my prime (unfortunately, I didn't know it was my prime and missed it), I could never run down stairs like that! And then, when it turned out she wasn't actually late for the train, she answered questions and was totally focused and articulate... with no panting or sweating! She's amazing. (Of course, the most important consideration is her policies and well thought out "plans"! Plus her skill at explaining both the problems and solutions in understandable ways.)

(51,583 posts)She is the one, single name that I hear from everyone when casually discussing POTUS choices. I definitely noticed that...EVERYONE likes her!

Just kidding. Warren is a good choice, she appears to be running a campaign that is head and shoulders above the rest right now.

(58,785 posts)performance. All the better candidates have histories that say 1,000 times more about them. Changes in status tell me how others reacted to these shabby, controversy-trolling infotainment events.
Btw, that whole thing was a setup by CNN that made them and us come across as much less than we are. As we should all recall, CNN slanted its coverage to elect Republicans all through 2015-2016.
