Some constructive criticism for Joe Biden or any other candidate who overdoes it

Joe, for your own sake, please stop saying, "The fact of the matter is...." over and over and over again. It's a great old phrase, but the fact of the matter is that you are beating it to death to the point where it's losing all its effectiveness. Thank you.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

He said that ("Come on, man!" ) about 20 times in an interview with Chris Cuomo several weeks ago. It does reach a point of distraction.

shaking and overly tight voice, Beto’s arm pumping, Sander’s overall abrasive personality. Each of these speakers is not flawless and has distracting habits that after awhile can wear thin.

I do agree that Biden can be more sparing in his use of certain phrases as you note. But he actually has some very good speech habits others would do well to emulate.

He uses his hands to gesture sparingly, while others over gesticulate, and he never appears to fall into lecture or harangue. His personality comes across as balanced in enthusiasm rather than overly wound up.

Personally, as a former speech coach, I’d like a few hours with more than one of the top tier candidates in that they could all improve in one way or another.

Well said and spot on. Anyone who thinks these little intricacies wouldn't matter in a general election are sorely mistaken. While they might not be a deal breaker, such habits would make a difference.

6. Biden has a decades long record of votes, positions, & things he has said.

He needs to either defend them or admit that as it turned out he was wrong, but stop dancing around and trying to explain them away.
He needs to control what he says and enough of the cutesy "go easy on me kid" type of comments.
Since he is the front runner he is a big target and so he should not be surprised when other candidates come after him and neither should anyone who supports him.
