"I think you can show you're tough enough to take on Trump without going after fellow Democrats"

Amy Klobuchar, just now on MSNBC, when he asked her about the moment last night when CNN tried to bait her into attacking the other potential candidates.

I like her...I don't know how far she's going to get in this process, but I really hope that some of the rancor from the first four debates gets re-directed.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

...DREAMERS not secure; their parents deported during the last administration or at risk of deportation.

No one can argue truthfully that the ACA solved all health care problems for Americans and that more can't be done, so let's leave some room for voters who got caught behind inaction during that administration, for whatever reason. They need a voice now.

Let's not confuse calls for progress beyond the Obama era policies for some kind of betrayal. Lets make certain we put the interests of people ahead of defending political turf.

...and are nonetheless misrepresenting me.

I think much of the push back saying people are attacking Barack Obama is off the mark, deliberately so, to deflect from the issues raiesd.

I raised two of those issues without 'blaming Obama' and still got attacked. This line of defense leaves out people who don't follow politics and just know what they've lost and need a voice in this election.

You do what you want, but I won't attack anyone advocating for more than we got in that era. I mean, the LEAST we can do is voice the complaints without worrying who's ego or legacy might be bruised, and I'm sure Barack Obama can handle the complaints. Others, apparently, much less.

And that's something people should understand. People with pre-existing conditions. couldn't even get health insurance, before Obama. In addition, President Obama walked into a Recession, massive debt, 2 wars, banks too big to fail, a real estate crisis, plants closing, high unemployment and a stock market in the toilet. I only wish Trump would have inherited GW Bush's economy, then he would really have something to brag about. President Obama left this country better than he found it.

But Americans gave him a republican senate after 2 years, then the house.

We paid a hell of a price for the ACA. But worth it. It is now popular and the tide is moving for healthcare fixes. Americans now see healthcare as a right. That has not been the case till the ACA. But not until we get republicans out control of all branches of government.

Good for her but to be honest, I’m surprised that at least half the other candidates don’t understand this. This is disqualifying behavior if you ask me.

She's one of my senators, and I've always been kind of lukewarm about her but lately I'm starting to like her more - she's showing a lot more spine than she used to seem to have. And I really liked what she said about not attacking the other Dem candidates; she has the right attitude about that. She also said the best way to prove you're tough enough to attack Trump is by attacking Trump. Brava!
