It's not my claim. It's a known and understood fact. Going to the great google and painstakingly typing in "Harris PAC" would have given you all you need.

The right's going to have to speed up its takeover. This is a bigger threat to the wealthy's influence in government than even the Democratic house's election reform bill -- because the ability to solicit and send small, direct contributions by computer can't be repealed or amended. They could make it illegal or unreasonably difficult, of course.
