This is still the best speech I think Joe Biden has ever delivered.

He gave it back in 2012 at Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS).

I think this is why Joe remains so popular, despite a good amount of hits lately.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
