is the title of the piece by British investigative journalist Eliot Higgins that sparked the Kremlin's fury.

The embassy’s criticism came after Mr Higgins published a report over the weekend about apparent inconsistencies listed on a page featured on the congresswoman’s 2020 campaign website about chemical weapons attacks in Syria. The page featured skeptical statements about the attacks made by at least one researcher who has since completely rejected their previous claims, more recently saying that “no competent analyst would miss the fact” that a reported sarin attack happened as it was described by the international intelligence community.

But, what I think is that Tulsi is a red herring to conceal which candidate the Russians are really supporting. If you're curious, check Bob Mueller's indictment of the IRA.
