'DONALD TRUMP IS AN IDIOT,' BERNIE SANDERS TWEETS ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON

https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-idiot-bernie-sanders-tweets-saturday-afternoon-1453660

Senator Bernie Sanders carved out a fragment of time Saturday afternoon to call the president "an idiot."

"Donald Trump believes climate change is a hoax," Sanders wrote. "Donald Trump is an idiot."

Sanders is an independent senator from Vermont who is once again running for president as a Democratic candidate in 2020. He lost the 2016 Democratic primary to eventual nominee Hillary Clinton, who lost to Trump in the general election.

President Trump in the past has called climate change a "Chinese hoax." In 2012, Trump tweeted, "The concept of global warming was created by and for the Chinese in order to make U.S. manufacturing non-competitive.

The Senate on Thursday overwhelmingly passed legislation imposing new sanctions on Russia and giving Congress the ability to block President Trump from lifting current penalties.

Senators voted 98-2 on the bill, which also includes new sanctions targeting Iran’s ballistic missile development, support for terrorism, transfer of weapons and human rights violations. Sens. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) voted against the measure.

The legislation marks the Senate’s most significant check on the Trump administration’s foreign policy, which has flirted with lifting sanctions in an bid to entice Moscow into an agreement.

First, Don is, in my opinion, a poorly educated, vulgar, crass, mouthy, aggressive, bigoted, not very literate, (include you favorites here) person. I make that pronouncement based on observation of his overall behaviors.

Then, you can add the dark triad of malignant narcissism, Machiavellian, psychopathy.

Even though he may pretend to be a billionaire, we don't even know what his net worth really is, do we? We do know he probably has a sizable amount of debt and has done some bankruptcies. We can also consider his numerous business failures and his tendency to stiff contractors and now, El Paso. So, I certainly wouldn't approve a car loan to this marauding cretin who seems to be acting more as the emergence of the US Id, in a Freudian sense.

So, barring the volumes of accurate descriptions of this human canker sore who desperately wants to be a reality TV despot, there is one factor that I don't think should be overlooked here. In other words, know your enemy.

The public face of DT is having an obvious, demonstrable and deletorious impact. Isn't that success on his part? Methinks this is intentional and skillful. It has many, many ramifications for his intent to cease the power of the Office, disintegrate the country, (in order to make it vulnerable to the interests who are vying for ascendancy in that event) and that includes the theocratic shadow of the the rather quiet and pensive Pence casting the cross of our cultural crucifixion he would bring in any aftermath.

That said, this pox on humanity that has become the pResident is an expert manipulator. Cries about what an idiot he is are only true in other respects. In this case, that only feeds into what I think are his intents, motivations and, more importantly, what is going on by way of action on the sidelines.

If you underestimate that, then he has the upper-hand and a great advantage. Remember that the emotions he stirs on both sides are useful and this is not about emotions, but facts, reality, laws, legislation and other pragmatic factors!

In that case, it would behoove our current candidates for the Party to have professional analysts investigate trumps strategies and behaviors in the past very, very carefully, down to the slightest detail. I assure you, their are many techniques he uses expertly like a samurai's sword to get his way, ultimately. This is not just about low information voters and his base, though they are very prone to these expert manipulations. There are some breakdowns on his tactics available online. This was all obvious in the debates that he participated and you are seeing it daily and the the practiced, methodical political and social prestidigitation is working well as you may have noticed.

If you then see his strategy then anybody who interviews him, comments on his inanity, or goes into a debate best be WELL PREPARED in order to not fall prey to a master predator, (socially, politically, economically and sexually). You are toast in that case. I would hope that Bernie and the other candidates are going to truly wise up and see into the rotten core of this wormy apple we have there.

If we don't rapidly shift over to noticing and understanding the methods he uses and we only manage to focus on word slinging and derogatory remarks about his "intelligence", or the emotions he intentionally exploits, the point is really being missed and shame on us this time because we are being fooled and fooled well.

It is my opinion that the outcome of the 2020 election will hinge on this, among other things. We do, (en masse) ignore it at our peril.

Mon Aug 12, 2019, 11:14 AM
Aug 2019

AND HE HAS ALREADY FILED THE PAPERWORK TO BE AN INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE AGAIN IN 2024.

The famously independent senator, who briefly joined the Democratic Party to run in the 2016 New Hampshire presidential primary only to un-enroll later, officially announced Monday that he would seek a third term in the Senate this fall. He also said that he’ll pull the same maneuver that he did in his 2006 and 2012 Senate races: Running as a Democrat, declining the nomination when he wins and then running as an independent.

The move makes it virtually impossible for another Democrat to seek the party’s nod. And it allows Sanders to loom large in the party primary in August, but still preserve his independence.

https://www.politico.com/story/2018/05/21/bernie-sanders-democrat-independent-vermont-601844

Bernie Sanders Files To Run As A Democrat — And An Independent

Bernie Sanders filed Monday to be a candidate for the Senate in 2024 — as an independent. But last month, Sanders filed as a Democrat for president.

snip===================================================================

But with Sanders, it creates the odd situation of having a high-profile presidential candidate file to run for two different offices with different parties, just as the Democratic Party is adopting rules mandating presidential candidates take something of a loyalty pledge.

Sanders also filed as a Democrat in 2016 to be able to run in the Democratic presidential primary — and had already filed for his 2018 Senate campaign as an independent, a status he's held in Congress for many years. Sanders' ambiguous party loyalty was one reason the Democratic National Committee adopted rules for 2020 candidates to affirm that they are, in fact, a Democrat, and will run and serve as one.
