Hypothetical for those who have a favorite candidate.

What is the main or biggest thing that could help your candidate win the nomination?
This can be something internal or external to your candidate.
In other words, something outside of themselves happening or something they can go do or improve upon.

Mine is this: Bernie drops out after S.Carolina and endorses Warren. (probably a pipe dream).

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

But I believe that both Barack and Michelle will wait until one candidate is indeed the nominee.

your prediction being a pipe dream.

But I believe that my candidate can not only win the nomination, but also the GE, if she can convince more POC and younger voters that she is the best one to represent and implement their causes. They seem to be the most significant "blocs" not yet fully supporting her.

I sincerely believe that she can do this and her steady rise in the polls ... however fickle polls might be ... encourages me.

They always turn out.
But we need to get a better turnout of men of color than we did in 2016.
Would Warren naming Booker as her Veep help?

But throw in a recession (not rooting for it, I'm 55 and do NOT want to see my retirement shrink) and Warren would pick up a LOT of steam.

...polls showing her most decisively beating Trump in key battleground states.

I think that's actually the biggest thing that could help ANY candidate.
