Should our primary candidates be asked if they would pardon Trump and

his family?

I think we should know if they would choose that direction or not.

Trump isn't going to jail and it's doubtful he will be charged with anything. Bringing up the subject is useless when there are so many more issues that need attention.
Trump will leave humiliated I hope. That's good enough for me.

and he's not. He and his criminal grifter family don't give a shit.

He will not be at all humiliated, and even if he were it sure as hell is not sufficient. There MUST BE real consequences.

I can't see any material use for the question at this point in time. We all want Trump gone and prosecuted for his crimes.

But first there needs to be an indictment. Major candidates intimating they're already judging Trump guilty before Congress or DA's have laid out a case can't go in any kind of good media direction.

as Rethugs chanting "Lock her up" about HRC because they were convinced she'd committed crimes and should be in prison.

And yes, I know, we're right and they're wrong. But we believe in the rule of law and due process, and we also believe they were showing they didn't when they chanted, "Lock her up!"

Besides, if ANY of our candidates are foolish enough to talk about whether they'd pardon Trump and his family, this will become a huge obsession for the media and will take away coverage from much more important issues.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
