I just want us to all respect each other here and recognize we are all on the same team. Calling people out feels exactly like taunting.

That undermines our group, imo.

This is the first primary in a long, long time that I haven't been leaning heavily toward a particular candidate by now. It's a much more enjoyable experience, though it also makes me realize just how ridiculous we can be when we're strongly attached to a candidate this early.

We tend to kneejerk react to every new, flashy thing instead of looking at individual events (and polls) as one part of a bigger picture. It looked like that poll was an outlier as soon as it was released, and as more polls were released, it became clearer, of course.

I give Monmouth credit (they're usually a solid polling org) for acknowledging that all is not well with that particular poll.

When I was eight years old I shook RFK's hand on a rope line when he was running for senator . The martyred Kennedy brothers, Dr. King, and Muhammad Ali were my heroes when I was thirteen years old and they still are.

I have the word 'poll' on Auto-trash by Keyword (I only saw your post because the homepage isn't affected by that function).

I looked at DU without being logged in and saw the countless threads. Good lawd! PSA: the ignore feature works well for forum spammers and distracting asterisks that make the forum difficult to read. Also, would it be that hard to check for dupes?!
