Will be interesting to see if the next debate shakes things up. The race has been pretty stable since the last debates.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

back a few months. Bernie and Warren seesaw past one another and have up to 10 point swings from poll to poll.

It will be interesting to see how polls change.
I think Warren is in one of the better positions to pick up more.

that's why they're not making debates and why they're dropping out in the first place. So their dropping out doesn't yield any great number of voters to be picked up by someone else.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

indicating for months that Warren and Biden would pick up roughly equal numbers of supporters if any of the other top 5 candidates dropped out, with Sanders picking up slightly less but still some support.

And if that's correct Warren won't narrow the lead automatically if another candidate drops out.

In the curent poll for instance:

Second choice for Sanders supporters: Biden 30%, Warren 27%, Harris 6%.

For Warren supporters: Sanders 24%, Biden 21%, Harris 20%

For Harris supporters: Biden 23%, Warren 23%, Sanders 13%

For Buttigieg supporters: Warren 24%, Biden 23%, Harris 14%

And in the very unlikely scenario where Biden drops out, his supporters' 2nd choices: Sanders 27%, Warren 24%, Harris 12%

Those numbers have stayed pretty steady for a while now.

I think this is the first time the poll found that more Harris supporters would choose Biden as their second choice, though apparently Warren was a close second.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

In both the national and early voting states. Just chug-chugging along.

Thanks for the update, Skya!
