No Republicans would vote against fracking. Like the ACA, it would be totally up to Democratic votes.

Joe's motto: "Never promise anything you can't deliver." Saying you're going to stop fracking without knowing how would be foolish promise.

That's a big reason why, as VP, Cheney helped pass legislation that banned government's tracking of the poisons used in fracking.

Since we don't frack in most cities, the enormous contamination of the water table pretty much is limited to impacting poor people, many of whom struggle to vote because they have to work 3+ jobs.
