The orange elephant that cannot be ignored by candidates...

They can talk about Medicare-for-All. They can talk about wealth disparity. They can talk about infrastructure and education. They can talk about all these issues but they cannot ignore the threat posed to our government by the orange elephant in the room. The threat will not disappear by simply ignoring it.

The Democratic candidate that I support will understand this reality. We cannot make plans for the future if our house is on fire. This crisis is not going to fix itself.
