more a skill. Most educated, articulate people can and do acquire it.

(38,958 posts)I watched most of the interview and what really bothered me was the statement by him that (paraphrased) "as we roll out more policy proposals over the next few weeks......"
I don't know seems to me that is the cart before the horse. I prefer a candidate to have their policy proposals ready from the get-go and not develop them after they decide "Gee, I can run for this or that office."
