Cory Booker sent an email today: not enough support yet for the December Debate

Chris, here’s what the debate stages have looked like so far:

FIRST: The DNC required that each candidate have 130,000 individual donors to qualify for the September and October debates -- and twelve candidates made it on stage. I was one of them.

THEN: They raised the threshold to 165,000 individual donors to qualify for the November debate -- and ten candidates qualified. I was one of them.

NOW: They raised the threshold to 200,000 individual donors for the December debate, and so far only six candidates have secured their spot. I’m not one of them.

This is not an easy requirement to meet, Chris, but I believe that we can get there. Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Pete Buttigieg, Kamala Harris, and Amy Klobuchar have all qualified for the December debate. My team tells me we’re fewer than 15,000 donors away.
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Perhaps it's time Cory throws in the towel... if he's savvy, he'll endorse Bernie. InAbLuEsTaTe Nov 2019 #1
My theory (oft expessed here) is that he wants to be VP for Warren if she wins. CTyankee Nov 2019 #4

He can organize communities of color around the country to get out the vote and put himself in a good position to run for Prez in 8 years...

I'll wait and see how he performs during this next debate. If -- like in the last debate -- he continues on the path of going after Trump and supporting fellow Democrats rather than trying to bring them down, I might send him a small donation to help him qualify for the December debate.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
