Nov. 12-14 Reuters/Ipsos poll: Biden 23%, Sanders 18%, Warren 11%, Buttigieg 5%,

Harris 4%, Booker & Yang 2%, all others 1% or less

https://fingfx.thomsonreuters.com/gfx/mkt/12/8684/8604/Topline%20Reuters%202020%20Election%20Tracker%2011%2014%202019.pdf

They also asked voters which Democratic candidate was:

Most likely to beat Trump: Biden 32%, Sanders 16%, Warren 11%

Best able to unify the Democratic Party: Biden 25%, Sanders 14%, Warren 12%

When they asked who was the best as "a new and different voice," the results were Buttigieg 18%, Sanders 15%, Warren 14%, and Biden 10%, all others in single digits.

They also polled, apparently a separate set of Democrats, on how they'd vote in the primary if Michael Bloomberg was in the race.

In this particular poll, Bloomberg apparently pulled a few percent support from Biden, since the rssult was Biden and Sanders tied at 19%, Warren at 13%, Buttigieg at 6%, Bloomberg & Harris at 3%, Yang at 2%, and all others at 1% or less.

I'm not worried about Bloomberg. I don't expect him to be in the race if he thinks it will help either Sanders or Warren win.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

consensus is Warren is not electable. Biden will win Tennessee without trying. No chances this time. Biden

That doesn't make cherry picking data in order to push a narrative okay.

in the poll including Bloomberg that shows him tied with Sanders at 19% with a large number of independents factored in.

Independents who can't vote in a lot of the primaries.

Biden leads Sanders by 5 points among Dem voters, 26% to 21%, in that less favorable poll including Bloomberg.

In the more realistic poll NOT including Bloomberg, Biden leads Sanders by 10 points among Dem voters, 30% to 20%.

No way a NYC billionaire wins the Democratic primary in the current environment. He won't win,and probably won't be in long. My only explanation is that he is trying to enter briefly to try and shape the race into a slightly less anti-wallstreet direction.

they are much more likely to say that would change their vote than if they had just listed Bloomberg in a list of all the other candidates. Some people are just really impressionable.

- edit - Not sure that's how the poll was worded. At any rate, I think very few people will want to waste their vote on a guy with no chance to win.
