The line at Kamala Harris event in TEXAS! About as long in front of me. Enthusiasm is off the charts inside.

Waiting to welcome @KamalaHarris to @TexasSouthern & Houston. Little Kamala supporter shows me how to wave (led the crowd in the Pledge of Allegiance). Sweet. Our future. This is why we work #ForThePeople

Getting some love back stage at Texas Southern

_dallasjones
So today my sweet girl @according_tozoe got to say the Pledge of Allegiance for the Sen. @kamalaharris rally here in Houston. She did an awesome job I was so proud of her. She even got to spend a little time with the Senator and possible next President. It was a magical moment to watch them interact. She got to hang with some other pretty amazing women as well. In case you haven’t figured it out yet..... Kamala 2020!

Difficult, but if we can get more people registered and get them to the polls, we have a fighting chance. The voters in rural red districts generally outweigh voters in the blue cities, but the Beto-Cruz vote shows that we’re separated by only a few points now in national elections. With gerrymandering, there’s no chance to flip the state legislature and get rid of the Bible-thumping nuts who keep trying to pass laws to enforce their own backward beliefs, but for 2020 I’ll take a blue wave for president and senator.
