Some here have contracted the "Republicanifactus" virus. Those afflicted suffer from the

delusion---nearly universal among Republicans--- that simply announcing an opinion makes it a "fact". Examples by Himself include "I've already built many miles of border wall", " the July 25th phone conversation with Zelenski was PERFECT" and "I'm a very intelligent person".

Recently, some here have apparently come down with this malady, saying silly things like "It's over---Sanders is our nominee". Now, it may eventually be a fact that Mr. Sanders is our nominee, but making such pronouncements after one caucus and one primary---each in predominantly white states with relatively few delegates---is pretty transparent. And, actually, this post is not directed at those who make such statements. They will disregard my message.

It is, however, my hope that others will recognize such statements as simply an attempt to "stampede the herd".

Use your common sense. Think for yourself. Cast YOUR vote for YOUR choice, not someone else's idea of who is "inevitable".

...frontrunner status is not just about current delegate count. It's about forecasting based on a number of indicators, such as level of support in the opening primaries, level of support among POC, polling aggregates, etc.

We knew in 2016, for instance, that Clinton had it in the bag after Super Tuesday.

Some candidates, it's safe to say, have virtually no chance at this point, be it because of their performance so far or their lack of POC support.

to people who still have the misguided notion that Sanders is a socialist, and their fear of socialism which they don't have any idea what it means.

If Sanders wins, then we need to support him, all you have to say to yourself everyday when you wake up, "if trump wins the world, as I know it is over"

Does anyone here think that Bernie would be worst than trump?

If he wins lets support him and stop the bickering once and for all.

They probably have that idea because he's been saying it for decades.

The ironic thing, of course, is that he's not a socialist, but he only has himself to blame if he's referred to as one. He has to somehow now convince people that regulated capitalism is socialism. It's not, of course, but he'll have to sell it as such.
