It will give her a chance to go out a winner in her home state and keep delegates away from Bernie

If she gets an appointment of some kind her Senate seat will be filled by our Dem governor (I think it would be cool if he appointed Al Franken).

but it looks like uniting the moderates is more important at this time. Just like a midwestern mom to put some lotion on people feeling the bern.
