Democratic Primaries
Related: About this forumI have made my decision.
Tomorrow I will be voting for my Senior Senator, Elizabeth Warren, for President. It was not an easy decision. I much prefer for her to remain in the Senate, where she will not be encumbered by term limits. But, in the end, I decided to vote for the candidate who I feel is best suited for the job. Her intelligence, her commitment to Democratic values, her lability to listen to and to connect with ordinary Americans on a one on one basis, and her ability to frame her arguments in a way that people can understand make her, IMHO, the best candidate to sit in the Oval Office and to lead and to reunify these, (once), United States.

(713 posts)Elizabeth Warren is great. I thought that she deserved to do better in the Primaries than she did, but it sometimes is not the best candidate that wins.

(2,116 posts)It was based on my belief that she could be strong in the Midwest, and that she is one tough woman. When it became clear to me that she stood no chance, I had to rethink things.
