and gender balance. But Pete might be the right guy to be the next DNC chair, a position he ran for once. He could coordinate outreach to the black community about being more accepting of gay people. That's probably what sunk him in SC.

It really needs to be a woman to heal this nation. There are plenty of positions for Pete and he is young and has miles to go before he sleeps. I love the man, yet now, we need a woman.

back in 08 I was angling for Joe and John Edwards (Before his smarm came out) I thought Obama would run in 16 not 08

I thought that Joe and John were kindred spirits by both having lost young kids.

I am SO very glad things turned out the way they did

but I just feel Pete and Joe would be great for each other!
