Even canceled some fundraisers in FL because of it.

Dunno, I'm just speculating as to why he wasn't on the stage tonight.

Which for Joe is the highest possible praise.so it was a kind of mutual endorsement.Pete endorsed Joe, but Joe also endorsed Pete. I found it a touching moment.

... somewhere I heard it was a restaurant. Biden mentioned Pete having "endorsed me earlier."

Very strange. Possibly a Klobuchar/Buttigieg conflict?

Her falsely saying Pete would rather turn off the TV and watch cartoons (which was the exact opposite of what he said, and he was talking about potential voters, NOT himself) was a really tension point and made me drop her down my list, along with a few other things that are in the past now.

those are all pretty small things. Pete got a full day of of press for his dropping out, and was praised by Biden. They may well be meeting off camera. I thin it's more of just letting her have her moment

Chris Matthew's "Hardball" show (which runs from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST) on MSNBC, right before Chris Hayes' "All In Show" (which runs from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST). Mayor Pete was with Joe Biden at some chicken restaurant when they spoke, and this endorsement happened before the big rally later that night where Amy Klobuchar spoke.

Things were weird on "Hardball" because apparently Chris Matthews was force retired tonight. He spoke just until the first commercial break, saying that he had spoken with upper management and they had spoken about going younger. When the commercial break was over, we had Steve Kornacki doing the rest of the show. My guess is, that things like Chris Matthews going off on Bernie Sanders kind of pushed things to the brink.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
