In 2024, we need to weight early primaries towards heavily African-American states

African-American voters have proven to be the most level-headed and strategic bloc of voters in our party. I'm sure Iowa and New Hampshire are nice states, but, as far as primaries and caucuses are concerned, they have way too many primary voters who care about how much a particular candidate made their toes tingle in his or her dozens of visits to their state.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

So nothing will change unless republicans want to. Democratic Party will have a minor primary if anything.
