Kind of hard to argue with that. I'm not sure even Clinton's comeback tops this craziness.

never seen anything like this. I think it was twofold, some Bernie comments when he seemed inevitable and the corona virus. People got spooked with replacing Dolt 45 with another unproven pol.

I think he might have even believed that the nomination was in the bag, because he cranked up the anti-establishment rhetoric and brought out the ol' both sides are bad stuff. He had been (relatively) good at focusing on issues and Trump prior to that, so it's almost as though he thought he had it won and was shifting to a GE stance.

Just a guess, but the timing is curious.

This is the same guy who frequently takes whacks at the party, then insists that he's the candidate to unite the party.

I think it's possible that he doesn't see the problem with that logic.
