If Biden and someone else is over 15 it dramatically cuts down on Bernie’s haul. This night is a disaster for Bernie.

any ballot postmarked by today is valid, and we count a bit slow for whatever reason.

12. With 12% in, here is how California looks:
Wed Mar 4, 2020, 01:28 AM
Mar 2020

28.7% Sanders
18.8% Bloomberg
17.2% Biden

California was called for Sanders. However, as you can see, more delegates go to Bloomberg and Biden combined than to Sanders in California, and it won't undo all of the delegates Biden got elsewhere.

Biden will end up with about 9 States, Sanders with only 5. This is amazing.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

early numbers are vote by mail.

I checked my county a few minutes ago...for example, 250K democratic VBM ballots tabulated, 1500 election day votes tabulated.

after the polls close, it takes most of an hour to closed the site and gather the votes, secure the ballots...and then they are delivered to the depot.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
