Women to the back of the proverbial bus...again.

I changed my vote from Warren to Biden but I am not happy about it. Will we EVER be ready to elect a woman president in this country??? Yeah I know, Hillary won the popular vote blah blah blah...but we have probably the most repugnant misogynistic rapist asshole sitting in the White House right now. Discouraging as hell.

Anyway.

Go Joe.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I really like Warren, but I'd prefer someone younger who could run in 2024.

it really is that simple.

It will always be "I'd vote for a woman, but not THAT woman".

And any woman running will be "that" woman.

Warren is still in the fight. If she's still in on June 2, I'll vote for her in the DC primary and then Biden or Bernie in November.

Our nominee better have a woman or minority VP.

But I have faith in our younger generation. They are more progressive and will accept anyone who can do the job, no matter the race, sex, religion or sexual preference.

But have my doubts...why all the Sanders adulation from the younger demo when Warren is basically the same on issues?

At what point are people allowed to vote for someone other than Warren and NOT have it be due to sexism?

Warren's candidacy was covered completely differently than Bernie Sanders' even though their platforms were virtually the same. Are you denying this?

It IS sexism and women are TIRED of it....at least THIS woman is.

I voted for Warren. I am for Warren. She was hands down the smartest, most qualified person in this race. If she leaves the race and it's only old white privileged men who everyone wants to write a pass for while picking the female candidates apart and saying how it's always someone else's turn, and how the VP pick will be someone else because of this or that... I'm pretty much through.

This primary season started with so much hope. So much promise that the future could get better. And now... I'm just so deflated and hopeless that I can't even. I'm done.

I voted for Amy. And I thought she would make the best President. But my second choice was Biden. It was never going to be Warren.

Warren didn’t lose my vote due to sexism. She lost it on merit.

I get people need to grieve. But don’t do so by throwing sexism onto supporters of your rivals.

The party has a woman issue backing Biden over Warren . She's a lot smarter than Biden and Bernie combined . I also trust her a lot more to hold people in this administration accountable, Biden will whimp out, while Bernie will be blocked from doing that. Warren would, and be fair and just in her push for it.

We (women) need fair representation. It’s absurd when you look at the candidates. Rallying behind a candidate showing several incidents of memory loss before a 4 year term, and another right after a heart attack. I don’t get it.
