What do you mean Tulsi Gabbard is still in the race?

other than probable tax breaks, why doesn't she end what will likely become a joke that ruins her career if she doesn't?

If she has plans to be the Jill Stein of 2020. She will file to run in the GE and court Bernie's supporters.
