The key to bringing along most of Bernie's supporters is AOC. If Pelosi can succeed in convincing

her that unity is key to the success of the Democratic party and her future, this might be the path.

I am convinced that AOC's endorsement of Bernie is what propelled his campaign after his heart attack. Bernie will have reached the end of his political road, in the next few months, then AOC will take over as the Democratic Socialists' figure head.

But I'm sure that Pelosi is ten steps ahead in this thought process , already...

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

but the real key is to treat bernie and his supporters with a little respect, recognizing that we should all be democrats and that we have the country's best interests in mind.

and tell the Bernie supporters who appear to be in nasty "we'll vote green if we don't win" mode to tone it down first.

The victim card has been overplayed by Bernie and his supporters since 2016.

The key is for Bernie to tone down his attacks on the "establishment" voters, tell his surrogates to cut out the conspiracy bullcrap, and then extend a conciliatory hand.

For unity to defeat Trump, Biden must choose an acceptable running mate

I recommend either AOC or Nina Turner

Seems rather obvious her voice of support would help defeat Trump. Why does she need to dragged and screaming to come to this realization?

The rational Sanders' supporters recognize that Trump is the enemy and that all hands on deck will be required to defeat him and his destructive enablers in the fall. We will all suffer as a people and country if Trump is allowed to continue. The damage is real and it must be stopped.
