It's probably not a big surprise that they would issue a report showing Sanders' policies in a positive light, since Reich is clearly supportive of Senator Sanders.

In the first few years of the group's existence, they were found to have taken money from a tobacco lobbying group to provide "research" intended to protect the industry's bottom line. Presumably, they ended that practice a long time ago.

My employer pays over $1K a month for my insurance right now. With M4A, they won't need to do that. The Sanders bill makes it clear that any profits the employers would get from not having to pay for health insurance need to go back to employees. That money they are currently spending on my is going to come to me in salary. Yes, my salary will be taxed about 3%-ish to pay for M4A, but I'm still net increased in salary.

"The Sanders bill makes it clear that any profits the employers would get from not having to pay for health insurance need to go back to employees."
That statement in quotes is a flat out falsehood.....his website doesn't make the claim YOU do.

I've read EVERY word of the Bill.
1st.. it's NOT "profit" to not pay for insurance...it's a reduction in expenditures, a savings..NOT profit.
His "plan" requires an added payroll tax.....On employers....no profit there.
