She has zero chance of getting the majority (or even a plurality) of delegates and no one will vote for her on a second ballot. If the unthinkable happened and something happened to both Biden and Sanders before voting ends, the campaigns that have suspended (e.g., Warren, Buttigieg, Bloomberg, etc.) will just unsuspend and restart and they will assuredly get more votes than Gabbard from that point forward.

Did you ever notice the term of art these candidates use? They "suspend" their campaign. I believe that's because they have to settle their financial obligations and their campaign's corporations have to resolve their books before they can close up shop.

As long as she is running, she can continue to take campaign contributions -- campaign contributions that, I believe, can be used in other races as well *cough cough* third party candidacy *cough cough*.
