but he can't beat trump. Attack me all you want. Report me all you want. If Sanders is the nominee, say hello to trump's second term. Sanders ceiling is in the 30% percentile. He has done nothing to grow his support. Down ballot races will not be won with Sanders. Sanders supporters are politically naive, My husband and I have already turned in our Michigan ballots for Biden.

Bernie is behind 91 delegates at the moment. Biden has 664. As we head into this Super Tuesday, the map is not favoring Bernie where he is behind Joe in every state polled, including MI.

The following week, Bernie is behind in every poll and this includes FL, AZ, OH, and IL where a boatload of delegates are to be awarded. FL alone is 219 and Bernie is not even polling 15% to be viable.

In total, over the next two contests, there are 929 delegates to be awarded. Biden is looking to pick up the lions share of those delegates.

Bernie needed a huge blowout in CA to pad his delegate coffers to fight his way through. That didn't happen. Yes, he won, but not at the margins he needed.

If Bernie fails to capture MI, the perception game becomes dim. If he loses MI and WA and then next week wins nothing, the delegate count becomes insurmountable to catch up.

The only play Bernie will have left is to try to keep Joe from getting 1991 delegates to win outright and fight for a contested convention. But he's going to run the hypocrisy risk again. He's been saying for weeks now that the person with the most delegates should win. If the show shows up to the convention less than 1991 but is close, Bernie's only purpose then is to dow discourse.

primary today, I would vote for:

Rev Jackson was a real force back in the day. But he’s been out of the mainstream for a long time, probably in part due to his Parkinson’s.

The extent of Bernie’s involvement in The Civil Rights Movement lasted about one year. By 1964, when college students were putting their lives on the line for Freedom Summer, Bernie retreated to VT where he sat out the ‘60s & ‘70s writing essays & doing carpentry.

So my question is this: What has he done for civil rights in the years since then? Anything specific that we should know about?
