....are folded into in-person votes as they're released.

If the number of people are being counted as they exist, and the vote count is higher than that, it's because the count INCLUDES early votes, too.

If you look at the charts, the differences are relatively normal, all pretty much below that touted mythical 4% difference. He then calculates the difference as a percentage from the result to make the difference appear way more extreme.

Sure, it may be interesting that Sanders' results in the exit polls were higher in all those races but this doesn't really look credible when so many other factors aren't taken into account and when the numbers are deliberately reported as extreme.
