Joe just NAILED the economic issue, how we got here

"we've used our seed corn" - the policies of the Trump admin before now, including tax cut and now cutting the Fed rate to 0.

He goes on to talk about making people whole. He is right.

But I will add -

At this point we are FUCKED if something else comes along, and as it is, it is going to be difficult to deal with the economic hardships caused by this crisis. Joe lists a lot of great things we need to do, and he is right. But HOLY SHIT we are going to be testing the theory that "deficits don't matter".
