Joe for the win tonight.

He is what America needs right now.

Yes. I wanted Warren and would be saying the same about her, however America is still not ready for a woman.

Joe did one hell of a job tonight, So cool. So calm. So reassuring when we all need reassurance. He answered every question about the Coronavirus directly. He did not veer off to a stump speech. He looked us in the eye and told us where we are and what he would do.

He talked to me. Facts, not dreams.

Thank you Joe.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Biden looked and sounded presidential tonight. We was put together in a sharp, well cut suit, fresh haircut, he looked like he could go all night standing at that podium. That doesn't even touch his message! Biden made salient points that spoke to the issues we're facing right now, was respectful to Bernie but countered him effectively. Biden showed himself to be ready to take on Trump. Huge win

One could easily picture him in the White House, at the podium with the presidential seal. Cool, calm, and collected, and willing to deal with the facts of a crisis and not empty, misleading happy-talk.

I bet one prevailing feeling among viewers was - man, THAT’S the President we should have right now. THAT’S the Resident we need right now.

As for Bernie, the stature thing was just not there. He didn’t look, act, or sound presidential. I have a hard time picturing him standing there giving a State of the Union speech. I have a hard time picturing him at the presidential lectern now r sitting behind the Resolute Desk. Can’t help it. All he did was scold, as usual. Enough!

Bernie needed something to change tonight and nothing did.

Biden looked good up there and I suspect he seemed comforting to many in these COVID-19 times under Trump.

There were good moments by both, but Biden had to fall on his face for Bernie to gain ground. Instead the opposite happened. Biden was strong and presidential standing behind the podium. Making a clear delivery of his thoughts and platform. He looked Presidential! Again, I also suspect people were comforted, I know I was. We've had so much chaos to deal with and so many blows over the past 3 years.

Bernie took a gut punch over Castro. That one was a tad brutal. It's a good thing he's not going to be the nominee since there's zero chance he could carry Florida now.

I like Joe Biden. I've liked and followed him ever since I saw him do Strom Thurmond's eulogy. I think he's a good man. But I think Bernie's policies are what this country needs right now and if this pandemic doesn't demonstrate that, then nothing will.

I know I'm going to be hate bombed probably for defending Bernie / my position. I lurk here mostly just to get the temperature of where folks are going. And I honestly, sincerely believe that Biden is the wrong choice at this time in our country's history.
