Poll: Biden leads Trump by 10 points as economic pessimism grows

Former Vice President Joe Biden leads President Trump by 10 points nationally in a new poll, bolstered by an advantage with independents.

The poll also shows pessimism about the economy growing, a factor that could help Biden and hurt Trump in the poll.

The latest Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll finds Biden getting 55 percent support, versus 45 percent for Trump. Biden has 96 percent support from Democrats, while Trump has 89 percent support from Republicans. Independents break for Biden by a 54 to 46 percent margin.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who has yet to drop out of the race for the Democratic presidential nomination, also leads Trump, winning 53 percent to Trump’s 47 percent. However, Biden has a near-insurmountable lead in delegates over Sanders. Biden leads Sanders among Democrats nationally by 36 points, 58 to 31 percent.

A bunch of shallow low IQ limp dicks that cannot face the fact that the world view they've held all of their lives has been shattered. Conservatism only leads to doom. And since they're weak of mind, never having ever originated a thought on their own, this is too much to bear. Better to go down with the other human centipede cultists than admit they were wrong.

situation worsens, and it will under Trump's criminally negligent mismanagement, more and more and more people will shake their heads in disgust. People will become angry. They will start digging in other places besides talk radio and Fox for news. They will learn.

I think we are going to see a groundswell of deep blue that will surprise even the most fervent Democrats.

Because we're in uncharted waters, Randy, and the Democrats have a vision. Biden, bless him, has a vision to 'restore America's soul.'

I'd say that is one darned good, darned powerful vision. One I can certainly get behind.

Seems like most everyone, except that hardcore 31%, knows this primary is effectively over.

a couple percent who throw away, waste their vote by leaving blank, or writing in some random name or vote for some spoiler who doesn't have a chance to win.

a couple percent makes/made the difference- in many districts a couple hundred votes, in some states a couple thousand votes make/made the difference. Handed the election to republicans!

Make your vote count by voting for the primary winner.

primary today, I would vote for:
