Let's sic the law and order on them!
What I'd like to see is some devious Dems getting into office. I'd like to see them huddle together in private and figure out how to get around everything they're trying to do to subvert what we've tried to build. Like, what kind of language could we be using in new bills or amendments - that maybe the bad guys won't be totally alert about until it's too late and the bill is voted in?
How about OUR loading up their cockamamie 13th-Century ideas with all kinds of amendments that make it impossible for them to vote for it? Like, every time they put forth an anti-choice bill or try to otherwise screw Planned Parenthood or further crimp access to abortion or something - slip in an amendment calling for taxing the churches and religious institutions for politicking. Or leveling a surtax on every five million dollar increment in income. Or cementing the separation of church and state into some sort of sneaky-but-permanent status. Or mandating tit-for-tat - ANY HEALTH ISSUE OR MEDICATION that men can get for their dicks or their prostate is tied directly to women's equally-easy access to birth control. Or - if you want this, then it has to be illegal for pharmacists to refuse to fill some prescription because they have some stupid-ass lame religion issue!
I think we need a double-secret-probation task force of the most trusted Dems to figure out stealth tactics to thwart the bad guys' agenda and further our own. Yeah, I'm talking about fighting dirty. ABSO-FUCKIN-LUTELY!!!!!! You better believe I'm talking about fighting dirty. As long as they do, WE HAVE TO. Trying to cooperate with them hasn't worked. Trying to reach out to them hasn't worked. Trying to find common ground with them hasn't worked. Trying to offer compromises hasn't worked. Let's try something else. I'd recommend ball-twisting (since most of them are men).

NEVER assume these people play fair or deal honestly. BECAUSE THEY DON'T.
NEVER assume they'll even consider your point of view, much less convert over to it. BECAUSE THEY WON'T.
NEVER expect them to help, or do the truly correct thing. JUST KNOW THEY THINK YOU'RE THE DEVIL. And they recognize and accept NO obligation even to deal with you. They want to grind you into dust and take everything away that you've built, and nullify everything you gained. They don't even think you have the right to be sucking air off THEIR planet.
So that's how they should be dealt with. That's ABSOLUTELY how they should be regarded, and treated. These people are NO GOOD. They're liars, cheaters, backstabbers, and thieves, and the only way they talk is with forked tongues. I think Obama forgot that, at least during the last debate. Seems he forgot about the way he's been treated by these people from the get-go. I think a little - NO. A LOT of payback is in order. They've certainly earned it.
We need to get it through all our collective liberal Democratic heads. These are NOT nice people. They may look like it, but the bodysnatchers in the horror movies certainly made good use of their convincing camouflage. They don't want what we want. They don't share our views or our beliefs. And they only want us to cease to exist, so they can have the world their way. And they won't EVER be won over because they think they have God on their side.
I think we should give up trying to deal with 'em or even work with 'em. Don't even bother - it's a waste of time. Just give them the back of our hands and the heels of our boots. Don't EVER assume the best from these people. They will only give us shit. So I say we return the favor. ONE HUNDRED PERCENT OF THE TIME.

They're all showing their true selves. Those "quiet rooms" confessionals and soliloquies ARE what they really think. That's the face they don't show to the masses. That's the stuff they don't want you to know about, much less hear coming out of their own mouths!
EXACTLY! It's not only the candidate himself/herself. It's who they bring in with them.
It's who advises them. It's who they appoint - in the open, and whoever they consult in private that concerns me HUGELY! Especially with these people. reagan's so-called "Kitchen Cabinet" of business tycoons who wanted the all forests clear-cut and the freedom to dump and pollute whenever they felt like it. His regular cabinet was bad enough, the one everybody knew about - the james watts and casper weinbergers and more - but it was the justin darts and holmes tuttles of the Southern California business community, who operated under stealth, who weren't public figures but had HUGE clout and even bigger money, who had his ear all the time and advised him and put words in his mouth and flattened-out shit under his pen for him to sign into law.
wrongney can flatulate out of the mouth all he wants about how moderate he is. But he's got a second-in-command who is obscenely ambitious and wants to leave his thumbprints on everything and advance his agenda. And think of all the people who would get access to a wrongney White House who will NOT have OUR progressive interests uppermost in their minds. Hell, they want to undercut, neuter, and undo everything that's meaningful to us! And THEY would have his ear, while we couldn't get as far as the outer end of the White House driveway.
It's the people they SAY they listen to (the generals, the people, the other side they falsely CLAIM they're always reaching out to and including), as opposed to the people they REALLY listen to (the rich, the super-rich, birthers, the baggers, the "truthers" the religious extremists, and any old white male (preferably with a big fat and ready checkbook).
THAT'S why I don't trust republi-CONS. I know whose calls they take and whose calls get sent to the "ignore" voicemail.

like all the other mindless, obedient republi-CONS and other assorted 'baggers.

I must admit, I'm a little disappointed in the veterans contingent these days. HOW ON EARTH they could side with wrongney when it's the OBAMAS - President AND First Lady - who have paid more attention to veterans' issues than any other administration in recent memory - CERTAINLY more than the disgraceful neglect they received from bush/cheney (anybody remember Walter Reed?). Michelle Obama has made it a top personal priority to focus on and help military FAMILIES. You know - those who stay home and try to hold down the fort while their breadwinner is overseas getting shot at?
That so many veterans groups would turn their backs on President Obama - I find incomprehensible - and rather disgusting, if you really wanna know.
Especially since wrongney's stated policies, and all the warmongering "advisors" he's clustered around him on foreign policy, appear designed to create many many MORE veterans, especially broken - and broke - ones.
I DO NOT like ingrates. You should damn well KNOW who is helping you and is on your side, and DAMN WELL APPRECIATE IT!!!!! Regardless who you are or what you've been through.
