I suspect that's why. We do know that Mueller interviewed him. And that's GOOD.
I'd hate to have a wobbling republi-CON with a, "I gotta protect my president cuz I want my tax cut" or "I gotta protect my president because we're supposed to own the White House and we finally do" agenda, "interviewing" Steele. It wouldn't be trustworthy.

I sometimes call them "Fakes News" these days. They've certainly earned it.

BEST. Period. She suffers NO fools. AND she dares to correct some CON who refers to the "Democrat Party" or a "Democrat bill" or the "Democrat Congress" etc. She stops them and corrects them and admonishes them that "we don't allow that on this show."
ALL the other talking heads on MSNBC, and I do mean ALL of them, should take note.
I'm a big fan. I suspect that's why she appears regularly as a panelist on the Thursday evening shows, when she's not pinch-hitting as host. That's probably how they figured out a way to give her more days' exposure, so she isn't just stuck on weekend mornings. She deserves A LOT better. If it were up to me, I'd send Andrea Mitchell out to pasture, or out to field reporting maybe chasing Tillerson around, and give Joy Reid her time slot.
