This is no time for modesty, folks. We have our differences but, collectively, we ARE "the best".

We must speak of our convictions---shout them if necessary. Let's not let ANYONE avoid the truths that this nation is experiencing an existential crisis, that Trump was/is an ignorant, arrogant madman and the upcoming midterms are a tipping point for the United States and the world.

Simple question: on January 6th, 2021, why exactly did the insurrectionists eventually

leave?

While I'm sure a few wandered away after Trump's late tweet, but I don't think that caused a mass exodus.

Were troops on the way or did they just realize that Congress had escaped and they had failed?

I don't think the Trump party is planning to win the 2024 presidential election.

They're planning to steal it, vote totals be damned.

Their entire "Stop the Steal" nonsense was projection, plain and simple.

"The government" tells you: when you legally become an adult; that you MUST register for selective

service when you turn 18; how fast you can drive your car, where you must stop it and which side of the road you must drive it on; that you must educate your children and you must VACCINATE them for numerous diseases before sending them to school; what drugs you can use and it requires that you do or refrain from doing numerous other things. BUT,----

I believe that AG Garland said what I had hoped he would say about pursuing "all" who participated

know January 6th, "even those who were not present". He is not an orator, but I believe he is a talented attorney and administrator and a dedicated public servant.

He did not say things the way I would have said them, but I believe he meant what he said.

And, into the bargain, he was appointed by my party leader, President Joe Biden, and that counts for a lot.
