You don't think that would look good for you---"optics-wise"?
Would you tell me who gives a rat's ass at this point how things look for you? You are toast, dude! You are circling the drain! There is still a very small chance that you may not die in prison, but you need to wrap what passes for your mind around this: you MUST give us pardons because, if we get prosecuted, we will all become canaries. We will SING to the prosecutors. We will sing to the media. Hell, we'll even sing to your creditors!
So, whip out that damn Sharpie and start scrawling out universal pardons for all of us or they're gonna stick you so deep into one of those "special" prisons you'll grow moss!

Vice President Biden's speech this afternoon, setting out the Biden/Harris covid plan, was just
so good, so right, so sensible and sincere that I am reasonably sure I was not the only viewer who was so effected by the stark contrast with what we've heard from Trump that my heart swelled and my eyes filled.
He spoke firmly and confidently and simply reminded us that Trump is not America---WE ARE! And, he looked us in the eye, smiled, and told us what we---not he, WE---CAN do; what we MUST do; what we WILL do.

Is there anyone who does not agree---really---secretly, perhaps---with exactly what Joe said last night: we have to GRADUALLY wean ourselves off oil and other fossil fuels?
Sure, there is urgency, but is anyone truly urging that we IMMEDIATELY stop using all fossil fuels?
Trump's pretending that this is a radical position is just another example of his ignorance and dishonesty.
We have to prepare for Trump's ultimate defeat. I have the stake.

Why Trump won the debate:
He didn't say "fuck" or "pussy".
He did not have his goons rush onstage to physically attack Joe.
He managed seven complete sentences.
He avoided discussion of his relationship with his daughter and what Rudy was really doing with his hand in his pants.
He did not fall to the floor kicking and screaming.
Trump has the honesty of Sean Hannity, the affable nature of Tucker Carlson, the
physique of Rush Limbaugh ( pre- cancer ), the people skills of Matt Gaetz and the morality of Roy Moore.
Those who criticize the plexiglass at the debate because it won't totally stop the aerosol virus
assume that is its purpose. It is not.
That plexiglass is to shield Joe when Trump starts flinging poop.
No need to be concerned about the discoloration of McConnell's hands. It's just
what happens each time he's about to shed his skin.
Ain't no thang.

but all Republicans are assholes.
