"Will we allow Trump to STEAL the election?"
His hirelings are working 24/7 to make this the last election we ever have. Our approach MUST be "WHATEVER IT TAKES!"
If someone who has announced his intention to destroy you rushes up with a machete in one hand and
an axe in the other while screaming that he wants your head, who among you will 1.) try to persuade him that his actions are wrong, 2.) call the police and insist that the assailant be arrested and duly prosecuted, 3.) suggest that "someone should do something!"?
Our door has been broken down and that's Trump coming at us with weapons far scarier than a machete or an axe.
Is it maybe time to---figuratively speaking, of course---knock him on his ass and make sure he never gets up?
This will be simple but somewhat harsh. I understand that it will not be applicable to every
single person but, in my opinion, over 75% will benefit by it.
First, I am addressing REGISTERED voters, not "Yeah, I'm gonna get around to that" self-described "voters". If you do not possess a voter's registration card, get off your ass and go get one ASAP.
So, registered voters, the election will take place on November 3rd. That's not a secret. It is a given. It is now August 13th, 82 days before the 2020 presidential election. Hopefully, you know how you intend to vote, so why not cast your ballot as soon as it is permitted in your state?
In Illinois, absentee voting begins on September 24th. That is when absentee ballots will be mailed to us and all who have requested them. As soon as we receive our ballots, we will fill them out, MAKE A COPY of them, and hand-deliver them to our County Clerk. We will have them stamp our copies "FILED" with that day's date. That's how we will vote but, if you can't make that trip you can simply mail your completed ballot to the Clerk in the provided envelope.
The important thing is---however you intend to vote an absentee ballot---DO SO AS EARLY AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN!
It is hardly a secret that Trump and his bought-and-paid-for Postmaster are doing all they can to drastically slow mail delivery and create as many blockages and as much chaos as possible. While some states say they will count ballots POSTMARKED by November 3rd if received within a further number of days, others will count only ballots RECEIVED by that date. If you mail a ballot within the last week before November 3rd, Trump may see go it that it arrives "late" and will, therefore, not be counted.
Bottom line is this: do not let Trump take your right to vote from you. VOTE BEFORE OCTOBER 27TH, one week prior to election day!
Actually, October 27th might be "iffy". ASAP, OK?
I must admit that, for some time now, I have found it difficult to state my opinion of
Trump without lapsing into a string of very vulgar obscenities. I believe I have a couple of solutions that convey my feeling without using a single profanity.
First, let me say that if I ever step in a pile of Trump, I won't even try to save the boots; I'll just burn 'em.
Next, I hope that when Trump gets home, his mother will run out from under the front porch and bite him.
Those may cause a few to scratch their head, but rural folk will understand.
In a nutshell, "projection" is the attributing of one's own unacceptable thoughts or
opinions or attitudes to others. For example , a klansman might accuse an opponent of racism.
And, just now, I heard Trump criticizing Joe Biden because he "doesn't follow science" and " uses the virus issue for political purposes". ( those are paraphrases, but accurate as to substance )
And, of course, his calling Kamala "nasty" may be used as an example of projection in future psychology texts.
This boy ain't right.
To paraphrase "Mash's" Hawkeye Pierce, "The instrument has yet to be invented that could measure
the magnitude of Trumpist stupidity".
We have parents urging that children not be tested for Covid because if there are too many positives "they'll close the schools!"
We have multiple people who have gotten seriously ill because they ingested disinfectants.
We have had people who damaged their heart by taking hydroxychloroquine based solely on Trump's "prescription".
While positive tests, hospitalizations and Covid deaths continue to set new records, we are---FOR CRYIN' OUT LOUD!---opening schools and attending church services shoulder to shoulder with thousands of unmasked others!
We have Q-anon, teabagger, deplorable Trumpist idiots who claim it is their right to infect others with Covid by refusing to wear a damn mask.
Covid parties, attacking store employees who require masking, characterizing the scientifically proven pandemic as a "hoax" or "just the flu"----as someone recently posted, "it seems the 'bottom' always has a basement ".
Trump infected us with stupidity long before the Corona virus arrived.
Have you ever seen one of those photos featuring someone gazing into a mirror which
reflects an image of a seeming endless succession of mirrors reflecting mirrors ad infinitum? It seems to me that the GOP insistence on "investigating the investigators" could be the beginning of a similar endless paradox.
Should Democrats "investigate the investigators of the investigators"?
If we do, won't the Republicans then "investigate the investigators of the investigators of the investigators"?
And, then------I think everyone can see where this could lead.
Seriously, is anyone aware of ANYTHING the Trump regime has done that brought about the UAE/Israel
agreement? Is this the result of Jared's unprecedented international expertise?

I think that bears repeating every time a Democrat has an audience. I believe the current way of saying it is "Dat's da bomb!"
What a feather in Kamala's cap! Trump just said that at the Kavanaugh hearings she was
"the meanest, most horrible, most disrespectful" of the entire Senate.
You go, woman! Well done!
