How a Republican would have handled the "Cuomo situation"? He would have gone silent

for 48 hours and then gone on Fox for an "interview".

He would have solemnly---with brimming eyes, perhaps---announced that he had just spent two days fasting and praying and---"Praise the Lord!"---early that morning God had forgiven him for his "mistakes".

Of course, for several days after that, every Republican asked to comment about the "situation" would piously intone that "If God has forgiven him, who am I to disagree with God?" If reminded that not everyone was ready to just "forgive and forget", the Republican would indignantly walk away muttering about "Godless Democrats".

Wash, rinse, repeat until another event dominates the news cycle. Easy-peezy; page 47 of the GOP handbook.

I have not seen this addressed: if a school district has a mask mandate and parents send

their child to school maskless AND the child refuses to put on a school-provided mask, what happens?

I don't think the school can send them home because many parents will be at work and an unattended child could lead to a disaster.

Do they segregate them outside of regular classes? Will special extra teachers be required for unmasked students?

about the sexual harassment allegations ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE than I heard asked of Donald Trump in 4 years about much worse allegations ABOUT HIM!

They ignore his accomplishment in getting the infrastructure bill through the Senate and seek to tarnish him by association with a scandal figure!

Their email accounts should collapse under the volume of our indignation!

The Trump cult has already passed the state laws that will enable them to "legally" steal the next election.

Trump has received over $100M in "political contrbutions" since he left office.

A couple of "our" Senators are in the process of sacrificing a federal elections bill on the racist altar of the filibuster.

I wish one of the anti-Trump groups could assemble a rogue's gallery of video clips in which

RWNJs ridiculed masks and vaccinations and then either died of covid or recanted their nonsense from an ICU. There could also be clips of the nonsense some Republican "leaders" have proudly spewed about the "covid hoax" followed by clips of the FACTS.

I think these should be as graphic and disgusting as possible. What are the Deplorables going to say: "How dare they quote me"?

ON EDIT: If the air time could be afforded, this would make a half hour spot for, oh, say late October---with an on-screen "deathclock" clicking off each new needless death due to the Trump plague.

The surest way to insure that a goal is never reached is to insist that we be 100% certain that we

already have 100% of the resources---money, material, personnel--- that could possibly be needed BEFORE we even begin the attempt. That is a recipe for stagnation.

For the moment, let's disregard Trump and just consider Cruz, Paul, Gaetz, Meadows, Miller

Taylor-Greene, Boebert, Gohmert, Cotton, Abbott, DeSantis, Nunes, Barr, Brooks, Manafort, Giuliani, McConnell, McCarthy, Jordan and Gosar.

Add those up, divide by 20 and that's your "average" Republican these days. Then answer this question about their supporters:

what in hell is WRONG with these people?

Is anyone else tiring of hearing about all the Republicans or their PACs or their "army " members

who have violated this law or that law and yet we are not hearing that any one of their asses is in a sling?

Jus' tryna keep up---have they miniaturized UV lamps enough to use as suppositories? Do you eat

the ivermectin horse paste or inject it?
