Dear Mr. Trump: It's me again.
As always, I am trying to think of something I can do to help you prove that you won that election by a landslide. We must "Stop the Steal" and return you to your rightful place in the White House. I've already bought all of your caps and flags an commemorative coins and I have sent you my mortgage money for months now, but "Sleepy Joe" is still pretending to be POTUS. I was at wits end about what else I could do---until I woke up this morning!
Mr. Trump, it took several tubes of that KY stuff, but when you wisely suggested that we put UV lights "inside", I did it. It was very uncomfortable and made me sit sort of funny for a while, but I eventually adapted to it very well and can now turn it on and off at will, SO---
---now that you need UV light to detect all the millions of phony ballots in Arizona---well, I'm available. I can squat over each ballot and---"click"---illuminate them and sterilize them at the same time!
No thanks necessary! I will be honored to be of service and play a part in Making America Great Again!

These are examples of things we intelligent beings call "facts".
If you have opinions which contradict known facts, that just means you are ignorant. Your voicing such ignorant opinions does not create "alternative facts". It advertises your determination to live in your own world and that is ok with me as long as you STAY there and don't pollute mine with your nonsense.

Herr Stephen Miller hasn't been in the public eye much lately. I wonder if he's off
somewhere private while he sheds his skin.
Joe just went toe to toe with Trumpism and he's walking away unscathed---not a hair out
of place.
And, though poor Tim Scott has been selected to "respond" to Joe's message, so far, the best he can come up with is "Biden failed to unite us like he promised!"
Joe didn't back away from promoting anything on our long list of asks lest the very audacity of mentioning---for example, a $15 per hour minimum wage, assault weapon and high capacity magazine bans---offend the sensibilities of the screaming meemies on the other side of the aisle. He laid it all out calmly and unapologetically and truthfully put responsibility for the continuing gun carnage on the Republicans' doorstep.
As you consider what we all just heard, remember: this is the "doddering old stammerer who can't speak intelligibly".

When Trump addressed Congress, "I" and "me" were given all the credit for any CLAIMED success.
With Joe, it is "we" and "the American people" who are credited with the REAL successes in the first 99 days of his administration.
In the midst of all the kerfuffle post-Trump, it would be easy to forget this. Please don't.

A union worker, a non-union worker and a billionaire corporate CEO sat down at a
bargaining table with a dozen cookies on it.
The CEO immediately grabbed eleven of the cookies and then leaned over to the non-union guy and warned: "You'd better watch that union SOB or he'll steal part of your cookie!"
An old tale, but worth re-telling.
The hateful nonsense now going on in Arizona is NOT a fourth "audit" of the ballots
cast in last November's election. That is how it was just described on MSNBC: a fourth "audit".
The OED defines "audit" as "an official inspection of an individual's or organization's accounts, typically by an independent body".
While we usually think of an "audit" as involving financial accounts, this Arizona clown show concerns Arizona voters' votes. It does not qualify as an "audit" because:
1.) This is not an "official" inspection of anything. There is no legitimate authorization for these Qty-pies to count or inspect or invalidate a single ballot, let alone over two million, And,
2.) Rather than being conducted by an "independent body", this is nothing more than a group-grope by extremist partisan Trumpies determined to reverse the election and their Qanon-stroking hireling, the --- honest, this is is the real name--- "Cyber Ninja"!
The Arizona GOP is simply throwing a spiteful temper tantrum that, I suppose, allows them to avoid facing the reality of Trump's ass-whoopin' for a few more weeks.
Please, let's not dignify it by referring to out as an "audit".
