Friday was supposed to be the first day of summer break for students in Uvalde, Texas. Instead the community is still reeling from the shooting that left 19 children and two school teachers dead. Sources say federal agents waited 30 minutes before overruling Arredondo’s guidance to not engage with the gunman as 911 calls from students kept coming in.
