Cover-up: Huckabee-Appointed Judge Loses Police Report Against Child Molester Josh Duggar

In the latest twist involving child molester Josh Duggar and the scandalous cover-up of his perverse crimes by his parents, their church, and Arkansas GOP politicians, a judge appointed by Duggar-supporting Mike Huckabee allegedly ordered the destroying of the police report against Josh Duggar right after the case came to light this week.

Springdale (AR) Police spokesman Scott Lewis told the AP that he was ordered to destroy the report by Judge Stacey Zimmerman, who is the Juvenile Judge of Madison and Washington county, where the crime took place. Zimmerman so happens to have been appointed by Bible-thumping Duggar-supporting Mike Huckabee to two different positions while he was the governor of the state.

According to Lewis:

“The judge ordered us yesterday to expunge that record. As far as the Springdale Police Department is concerned this report doesn’t exist.”

Lewis also said that similar cases are kept indefinitely. In other words, it appears that a cover-up is taking place, perhaps spearheaded by Arkansas Republicans who have been intertwined with the Duggar family over the years.

Final Moments Of Army Sgt. James Brown's Life Captured In GRAPHIC Jail Video

To me it looks like Dick Cheney was in charge of taking care of this poor man. They tortured and murdered him.

Sgt. James Brown was an active-duty soldier who had served two tours of duty in Iraq.

But he didn't survive a two-day DWI sentence in 2012.

New graphic video from El Paso County Jail in Texas shows the confusing and terrifying last minutes of Brown's life, KFOX reports. Brown, who reportedly suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder, can be seen thrashing in his cell as officers in riot gear subdue him. About 35 minutes later, he repeatedly tells officers he can't breathe and loses consciousness.

NYPD Cop Tries to ‘Cop a Feel’ on a Woman, Her Friend Tries to Film it, they Assault and Kidnap Him

I see no difference between these cops and a street gang other than they have a lot more power.

Video at link

New York, NY– A video released last week has once again caught the police in a lie. Two NYPD officers were caught assaulting a man for filming an officer who was inappropriately touching his female friend during a stop and frisk.

Jason Disisto and his friends were hanging out on a sidewalk on March 12, 2014, when Officer Jonathan Munoz walked up to Disisto’s female friend, grabbed her wrist, and began to put his hands inside her sweater. Concerned about what he is seeing, Disisto borrows a cellphone and attempts to begin filming the interaction. This is something that we are all well within our rights- and frankly morally obligated- to do.

Seeing that he is about to film, another officer on the scene, Edwin Flores, confronts Disisto. The situation escalates very quickly as two officers are seen assaulting the man and attempting to steal his phone. Disisto is then arrested, as the police claimed that he had lunged at the officers and attempted to punch them with a closed fist.

The blatant lies by the NYPD officers are completely disproved by three security cameras that captured the incident from multiple angles.

After the officers handcuff Disisto and put him in the back of the police vehicle, they throw the cellphone out of the window and break it. He was charged with obstructing governmental administration, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

Criminal charges against Disisto were ultimately dropped, yet no charges seem to have been filed for the officers who assaulted, kidnapped, and destroyed the property of an innocent man.

I think Bernie Sanders has a shot

I have a pretty strong record of predicting winners early on in the past as you can see from this old DU post: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x7276587

I think Hillary is still the clear front runner and if I had to put money on this I would bet on Hillary but I think Bernie has some qualities that could shake things up and give him an outside shot. First of all he has a way of simplifying his message that is understandable and will resonate with regular folks. In fact there is no one better with presenting the liberal message than Bernie. I also think his ability to talk straight and not spin is refreshing and will appeal. Believe it or not I have Republican friends on Facebook who unwittingly post quotes by Bernie not knowing he is about as far left as they come. Many might point to Kucinich who is a lot like Bernie and who was a brilliant candidate but got no traction. I think Kucinich had problems mostly because he was short and had big ears; he just didn't have the right look and demeanor for many Americans. Bernie on the other hand has the right "Grandfather" look that middle America will connect with. It's ridiculous that people have to have a certain look but that's how it goes in America. Finally, the American people voted for Obama because they wanted "Real Change". They thought they were getting a Bernie Sanders but instead they got another pro-Wall Street president. Don't get me wrong as I think Obama has done well but I think people truly thought they were getting more of a Teddy Roosevelt / FDR type candidate who was going to shake things up with Obama and that simply was not who he was. Bernie is the real deal and there is no way in hell he will be told what to do by the power brokers. People will sense this because it's the core part of his message and he comes across as sincere as hell! That's why 90% of DUers would vote for him rather than Hillary. That being said, DU loved Wes Clark and Clark went nowhere but I think Bernie is more seasoned than Clark. My reasoning tells me that Bernie he has a strong outside shot!

Freddie Gray protester who interrupted Geraldo shoulders new role as leader

Kwame Rose, who challenged Fox News reporter Geraldo Rivera, sees surge of unexpected support: ‘You should never hesitate to speak up for yourself’

As Rivera was setting up in West Baltimore to interview state senator Catherine Pugh about the protests – which erupted over the death in police custody of a 25-year-old man, Freddie Gray – he was surrounded by a crowd of protesters. Rose then stood in front of the camera and told the reporter to leave.

“This is my city. This is our city,” Rose was heard to say. “We want you gone.”

“I still can’t fathom the thought that that’s me,” Rose told the Guardian. “I didn’t do it for the attention … I hope everyone understands that it was a genuinely raw moment.”

Though he remarked on Rose’s “passion” on Fox & Friends on Wednesday morning, Rivera, 71, ultimately deemed the interruption “annoying” and “obstructionist”. In Baltimore, the famed investigative reporter continued to be on the receiving end of interruptions and vitriol.

Rose, meanwhile, was thrust into an unlikely position – a leader for the young people of the city.
