If I found myself engaged in a conversation of any kind with the likes of FEHRNSTROM, it would take every ounce of self control I can muster to prevent myself from ramming my arm down his throat and ripping his lungs out with my bare hands.

That is really good news
Primarily because it is the result of the efforts of the
OCCUPY BUFFALO movement.
The Occupy movement seems to be working effectively to begin the restoration of our Democracy.
I've has an Occupy yard sign by the road in front of my house for about 6 months now, and an Occupy bumper sticker on my tailgate for about four.
Meager, I know, but, I feel you have to keep trying and every little tiny bit helps.
ESPECIALLY IF WE THE 99% ARE ALL ENGAGED IN DOING THESE LITTLE THINGS! That would yield a louder pro-democracy message than all the Citizens United Corporate Propaganda their billions can buy!

Is it just me or does all this voter disenfranchisement games going on by the Republican politicians in Florida have a Fascist Nazi Mafia aroma to it?
Our institutions have been captured by corporate organized crime.

That Romney and Obama can be dead even or even Romney ahead in some polls simply means the Corporations are winning! Which also means we progressives are doing a crappy job of citizenship, as to me it's self evident that Obama should be leading by 25 points! The stupid mean selfish and greedy people are winning. Kicking our asses, actually. What are we all going to do about it?
