Former Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst arrested in Dallas after assault report
Former Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst was arrested in Dallas on Tuesday on a domestic violence charge, according to media reports.
Dewhurst, who was lieutenant governor from 2003 to 2015, is accused of assaulting a woman in the 3300 block of West Mockingbird Lane, which is near Dallas Love Field Airport on the northwest side of the city, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Police responded to the area at 5:15 p.m. after receiving a report about a disturbance. The woman told police she knew the man who assaulted her, the Dallas Morning News reported.
Dewhurst was arrested and charged with family violence assault, a misdemeanor. He was booked into the Dallas County Jail at 12:15 a.m., according to the Dallas Morning News.

As the media continues to serve the crazies amongst us as to their feelings and support of the trumps (still not certain why their thoughts are so important to the media) we should fire back.
The media played a huge role in the division in this country, by only allowing one segment of Americans to be heard from. They cast their lot with these doomsayers while silencing the other segment of Americans who love our country and don't like what it has become during the previous 4 years.
So . . . . .Fight 🔥 With 🔥
Here's a suggestion
Since we all pretty much have cell phones with video capabilities we could start interviewing our own people. And we could even interview anyone who voted for Biden/Harris that usually vote for the white supremacists gop.
Then we would upload them to various social media sites and create a viral atmosphere and a viral buzz that the media would start to focus on this new sensation of Americans. We never get to see the side of SANE Americans.
I think perhaps a lot of people like to have their voices heard as well. We can interview them at various places cafes, parking lots, zoom meetings, streets and of course practicing social distancing and wearing masks. I think it might be an interesting experiment.

After all there was a swearing in ceremony just days before. A lot of newly elected Q's were sworn in and I would think the family joined them.
