We cannot afford more people in the world.

DUer MiniMe knows us and how much we love dogs. She's the lady on the eastcoast who used to post about her rescue momma Labs & puppies.

We adopted one of her puppies. I later told her, "See that Moon up there? Missy put it there!!" We loved her so.

I am sure you will find your big girl a great home, Andy. Wishing you the best of luck. And thank you for caring for this girl. You saved her!

They don't accept evolution.

They think people and animals have nothing in common, that we're not related. Only humans have "souls." Etc.

They do not know much about evolution nor anthropology - humans' biological, physiological evolution. We are nothing more than very intelligent animals.

That poor girl could have been killed!!

Teenagers are charged all the time, such as Rittenhouse, Crumbley, etc.

If this girl had died, wouldn't her attacker have been charged with involuntary manslaughter, at the least?

Some parents should not have had children.

That was very enlightening...and appreciated. I do indeed see your points here....and you are right, I haven't read that much about them and I admit to a bit of prejudice about *any* institution called royal.

I lived in England over 2yrs, in '89-'90 and '91-'92 and had the occasion to listen to an after HighTable discussion on the royals from someone who had a casual association with one of them. I'll just say that it didn't enhance my opinion of them.
