Forget record retention! Focus on why. What could those texts

have possibly captured? That he did or didn't want to go to the Capitol? Who cares Worse? That he told them that mob was gonna kill pence and Speaker Pelosi?

Focus should be on WHY. Not even media gets that. Be distracted by shiny object - "deleted texts"

BTW, they are NEVER seeing the light of day. They are firmly deleted along with any trace/backup. You think that if they were trying to get rid of those texts they wouldn't have thought about every angle. Duh

Anyone just see Marc Short on CNN? He refuted what SSSA agents in Capitol said

about agents feeling it was the end and calling loved ones. ( from last hearing) "I never saw any of that, they were just very professional". He said any fear of death came from the idea that SSSA agents would kill the insurrectionists!!! ( Not key officials).

He also slammed Gaetz, said he may be in prison by 2024 for child sex trafficking.

Sounds like the pigs are turning against the pigs

And sounds like you can add Marc Short to the "Absolute Crazy MF" list !

Don Lemon on CNN is the best! Do yourself a favor and watch!

IMHO, he's relaxed, has great guests with knowledge, and he acts like a normal person wondering and asking perfect questions.

He's like Anderson with 50 more IQ points

Justice Department Charges Dozens for $1.2 Billion in Health Care Fraud
Nationwide Coordinated Law Enforcement Action to Combat Telemedicine, Clinical Laboratory, and Durable Medical Equipment Fraud
The Department of Justice today announced criminal charges against 36 defendants in 13 federal districts across the United States for more than $1.2 billion in alleged fraudulent telemedicine, cardiovascular and cancer genetic testing, and durable medical equipment (DME) schemes.

The nationwide coordinated law enforcement action includes criminal charges against a telemedicine company executive, owners and executives of clinical laboratories, durable medical equipment companies, marketing organizations, and medical professionals.

Additionally, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Program Integrity (CPI) announced today that it took adverse administrative actions against 52 providers involved in similar schemes. In connection with the enforcement action, the department seized over $8 million in cash, luxury vehicles, and other fraud proceeds.

“The Department of Justice is committed to prosecuting people who abuse our health care system and exploit telemedicine technologies in fraud and bribery schemes,” said Assistant Attorney General Kenneth A. Polite, Jr. of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. “This enforcement action demonstrates that the department will do everything in its power to protect the health care systems our communities rely on from people looking to defraud them for their own personal gain.”

Who pleaded the fifth to J6

Couldn't tell you off the top of my head, can you ?

I remember the committee showing people saying it and recognizing that they had pleaded the fifth x number of times, but couldn't name the people.

Maybe legal eagles can chime in. Would it be so bad to make a big deal about it, given we know, of course, it's absolutely their right?

If not, that's how I would end the hearings. From a PR perspective. Have someone announce who the person is and how many times they pleaded the fifth, and then just show that tape, over and over again. I know it would take time but it would have a huge impact IMHO. And then it'd be crystal clear who wouldn't talk

If you have no blockbuster, make some news J6!!!
